Early Life & Background
Mr. Mohan Shashikant Desale was born on 16 May 1970 in Deur Khurd, a modest village in Dhule district, Maharashtra. He grew up in a simple yet disciplined environment that taught him the core values of honesty, sincerity, and dedication. His childhood was shaped by strong family principles and a deep respect for education.
Studying in local schools, he experienced first-hand the challenges faced by rural students, which inspired him to pursue a path that could bring positive change to his community. These early experiences built a strong sense of responsibility and a desire to contribute to society.
His humble beginnings, combined with a supportive upbringing, laid the foundation for a lifelong commitment to education, student development, and community service.
Professional Experience & Student Achievement
Mr. Mohan Desale began his professional journey on 1 September 1989 as a teacher at Jaihind Marathi School, Dhule. Over nearly two decades of dedicated service, he earned recognition for his disciplined teaching style, strong subject knowledge, and unwavering commitment to student development. During his tenure, he played a significant role in preparing students for competitive scholarship examinations, including the Pre-Secondary Scholarship (Class 4) and Secondary Scholarship (Class 7). Through systematic coaching, practice sessions, and personalized guidance, he helped students develop clarity, confidence, and academic discipline. His student-first approach—focused on concept understanding and consistent improvement—resulted in exceptional outcomes. Under his mentorship, 104 students secured positions in both district and state-level scholarship merit lists, marking one of the most impactful contributions of his career.
