About Mr. Mohan Desale
Born on 16 May 1970 in Deur Khurd, Dhule district, Mr. Mohan Shashikant Desale completed his early schooling in his hometown before moving to Jaihind High School, Dhule for secondary education.
With a passion for teaching and a commitment to uplifting rural students, he pursued and completed his D.Ed. at the Government Teachers’ College, Dhule — securing the 1st rank in both Dhule and Nandurbar districts.
He began his teaching career on 1 September 1989 at Jaihind Marathi School, Dhule, where he dedicated over 17 years to shaping young learners and strengthening their educational foundation.
